Webinars
We offer a series of revision webinars to support your MLA AKT revision. Each webinar is hosted by an NHS doctor with experience of UKMLA AKT preparation. Sessions cover high-yield topics with clinical context you cannot get from notes alone.
Content is aligned to the MLA content map.
Webinars are built around a question-and-explanation format, offering a fast and effective way to test knowledge and improve recall for the AKT.
Sessions include Q&A so you can ask questions directly to the doctor hosting the webinar.
"Where is the lesion?" is an integral part of Neurology topic in the medical exams. Learn the A-Z of functional neuroanatomy and stroke localisation in this one webinar.
The webinar was originally created to help international medical graduates prepare for the PLAB 1 exam, and it has been running successfully for over six years with consistently outstanding feedback.
While we refer to the PLAB 1 exam throughout the webinar, the content is fully aligned with the Medical Licensing Assessment (MLA) content map, which also forms the basis for the MLA AKT. For this reason, the course has also proven extremely valuable for UK medical students preparing for the AKT component of their licensing exam.
Speaker: Dr Xin You Tai
